Surviving 10 days in the Northwest Territories and the Yukon without water, food or a GPS; crossing the Antarctic on skis; receiving an honourable mention from the Governor General of Canada in 2014 for saving 9 skiers in the Alps; surviving 4 days without water, food and winter equipment at Lake Mistassini; running 33 marathons over 7 weeks and navigating thousands of kilometres on the ocean. These are just some of the challenges that Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Dion has overcome. This adventurer is ambassador for Scouts Canada and spokesperson for Operation Greenland 2017, the first charity trip organised by Op\u00e9ration Enfant Soleil. At 44, he has presented more than 2,000 public<\/a>, corporate <\/a>and school<\/a> conferences around the world. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Married to the psychologist Caroline Mailhot, they both wrote a book on motivational psychology based on the concept \u201cAntidoute, the art of step-to-step<\/a>\u201d. This book will be available in the fall of 2017. (French only)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
